Built by someone who has lived every side of the NDIS.

Black Crest Consulting is founded by Obeyda, a sector professional with over seven years of experience across every level of the NDIS. He began his career as a support worker, providing hands-on assistance to young participants with daily living and community participation.

From there, he progressed into office administration, developing a strong command of the operational and compliance processes that underpin quality service delivery. Over six years, he worked his way up to General Manager, leading both management and support worker teams and overseeing the full scope of a registered NDIS organisation.

That progression gives Black Crest Consulting a perspective that goes well beyond compliance theory. It is built on real experience from the ground up.
